A Ritual Retreat of Flesh, Blood and Art • 20–24 September 2026 • Ashiyana Wellness Retreat Center
You arrive in a circle of self-led and sovereign women. Women who are doing the work, who walk in devotion, who are ready to be part of something bigger than their own becoming. Women who know the weight of their power and choose to wield it in service of the Earth and Womaknind.
The air hums with presence. The mountains hold you in ancient silence.
Five days unfold before you—five days of purification, of stripping away everything false, of moving through your flesh and consecrating every tissue with your hands and awareness, with prayer, chants, vitality, vows and promises.
You eat real, nourishing meals. The kind your ancestors fought for, the kind that feed longevity, marrow and nervous system alike.
You are witnessed in your raw power. Your body is touched, opened, sung through. Your body is returned to itself.
And then, your blood—carried across distance and time—becomes the prayer that seals it all.
Your menstrual blood, this living, potent matter carrying the memory of your lineage and the rhythm of the earth, is offered to create a collective artwork and a consecration for humankind.
Together, we charge it with voice, with devotion, with the full coherence of bodies made whole again. And then it is released back to the land, to heal, to pray, to bring rejoicing to the Earth.
You leave this space deeply nourished—physiologically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally—in coherence and alignment.
You return to the world and to your relationships with a whole new level of grace. You carry the red thread that unites womankind, bound in sacred kinship with the blood mysteries. And you know yourself as part of a greater mission, one that will outlive you, one that transforms not only your own body but the body of the Earth herself.
This is the transformation. This is RED TEMPLE.
A RITE OF PASSAGE.
RED TEMPLE is a living lineage ritual that moves across lands to travel through the body, mind and spirit—culminating in the creation of Art made with Menstrual Blood as an offering for the land and the world.
This gathering is for women who feel the call to participate in a lineage in the making. A ceremony that doesn't simply honor the ancient—it also becomes ancestral. What we do here will echo forward through generations.
You are not attending just a retreat but you are also becoming a keeper of the mysteries. A weaver of the red thread. A woman who dares to return her blood to the Earth as prayer, as art, as reclamation.
If you feel the pulse of this work in your bones, if you know your blood carries medicine the world is starving for...this is your initiation.
"WHEN WOMEN REMEMBER TO OFFER THEIR BLOOD TO THE EARTH, MEN WILL REMEMBER HOW TO CRY, AND THERE WILL BE NO MORE NEED FOR WARS"
THE VISION
A prophecy in the making
For nearly a decade, I have held the vision of women gathering in prayer, offering the entirety of themselves to heal the land and bring radical restoration to the world.
RED TEMPLE is the first iteration of a ritual format designed to travel across lands and cultures, returning again and again to the same core rite:
- Move through the female body as a living temple
- Circulate life force through flesh, voice, and blood
- Seal that energy into tangible artwork
- Offer it back to the land as prayer
Over time, these artworks—each dedicated to the land where it was created—will be collected, exhibited, and shared through media, photography, and film. Their blessing will ripple far beyond the circle itself.
This is prayer made visible.
When you step into RED TEMPLE, you are not only attending a retreat. You are stepping into the early architecture of something that will outlive you. You are participating in a movement of remembrance, restoration and radical repair.
THE RITUAL ARC
The retreat unfolds over five days, each one opening a gate in the body creating a layered culmination journey.
Day 1 — Arrival & Reception (Breasts / Heart)
We arrive together, orient the nervous system, and establish the relational field. Breast work opens the first gate: our capacity to receive, to be held, to soften without collapsing.
Day 2 — Digestion & Relationship (Abdomen)
The belly teaches us how to process life. Through organ work, sovereign touch, and relational practices, we build trust, boundaries, and intimacy—with our tissues and with the group.
Day 3 — Resonance & Voice (Jaw & Throat)
The throat liberates expression. Sound, singing, and vibration restore coherence between inner sensation and outer truth. The group becomes one resonant body.
Day 4 — Creation & Sealing (Vulva / Blood)
The axis day. Through vulva rituals and the menstrual art ceremony, the blood you have brought—whether freshly given or carried from cycles past—becomes medium. The body becomes source. Art is created as consecrated offering to restore healing and coherence to the land.
Day 5 — Offering & Return (Land)
The artwork is witnessed, honored, and offered back to the land. The ritual completes its arc.
ON MENSTRUAL BLOOD🩸
You will bring your menstrual blood with you, collected in advance, stored with care, and carried as sacred offering. Women who are not currently bleeding (whether pregnant, menopausal, or without a cycle) will have access to shared blood from other women in the circle, or to ritual pigment that honors the essence of blood. Every woman participates in the blessing. The act of creation, the prayer, the offering, belong to all of us. This is not a neutral or observational space. It requires reverence, maturity and full-bodied consent.

Nutrition & Body
The depth of work we are entering requires optimal physiological support.
All meals during the retreat will be strictly carnivore — animal-based, nutrient-dense, grounding, and designed to support nervous system regulation and tissue repair.
This is a non-negotiable aspect of the container. If this does not align with your values or body, this is not the right space for you.
Who this retreat is for
RED TEMPLE is for women who:
- have an established relationship with inner and somatic work
- are self-led and have tools to regulate their nervous system
- are familiar with ritual intensity and embodied practices
- feel devotion rather than simple curiosity toward menstrual blood
- are willing to show up without needing to be held through unresolved trauma
- understand that this is not a therapeutic container
This space is especially aligned for women who have already worked with me in previous containers or body-based sessions.
Who this retreat is not for
This retreat is NOT for women who:
- are seeking trauma healing or crisis support
- are new to embodiment, ritual, or somatic work
- feel unsure or resistant about menstrual blood used as a medium for ritual
- require facilitation to manage emotional overwhelm
- are vegan or vegetarian

JASMINE ALICIA CARTER
My work lives at the intersection of art, ritual, and feminine remembrance. I walk with women who are ready to come home to their bodies, blood, and truth & to awaken the wisdom that lives within their flesh.
For nearly a decade, I have supported women in reclaiming their menstrual cycles, sensuality, sensitivity and sacred intelligence through embodied mentorship, menstrual blood art and womb-centered care.
My work is informed by over a decade of Tantric Buddhism practice, my own journey of death and rebirth, plant medicine, somatic experiencing, and hundreds of sessions of hands-on, hands-in womb work.
I hold big visions and I manifest them into reality with the collective. I do not work alone. I work with women who are willing to co-create what has never existed before.
I am here as a big sister, walking with you as you remember what your body is meant for: to thrive, to be strong, to carry longevity.
Your womb is wise. Your cycle is sacred. And with the flesh, the art, and skillful means, we can change the world.

Will the retreat be photographed or recorded?
Will the retreat be photographed or recorded?
The menstrual art ritual on Day 4 will be photographed and videographed by a skilled woman photographer I have worked with for years. This documentation is essential as the work wants to be brought forward to the world and continue beyond the retreat.
All other days remain private and unrecorded.
If you do not feel comfortable being photographed or filmed, please let us know. It will not be an obstacle to your presence in the retreat. You get to choose the extent to which you participate in the recordings — whether you wish to be fully visible, partially present, or step out of frame entirely. We trust your sovereignty in navigating this.
What kind of touch is involved in this retreat?
What kind of touch is involved in this retreat?
We work primarily with self-touch as we move through the different gates of the body — breasts, belly, throat, and vulva. We do not touch each other during the sessions.
The only exceptions are:
- The ritual of anointing with blood during the menstrual art ceremony
- Art-making purposes that may involve contact
When touch does occur, we use non-agenda touch — a touch that releases and unwinds the body, that does not take away or stimulate an outcome. It responds to the tissue and its needs, moment by moment. This is not a tantric massage or manipulation. It is presence meeting flesh.
What is your cancellation policy?
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat will receive a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit of €650.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable.
Your registration is transferable to another woman at any time before the retreat begins. If we have a waitlist, we will support you in finding someone to take your place.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of illness, unexpected travel delays, or life changes.
Will there be nudity?
Will there be nudity?
Nudity may be present during the retreat, though it is not necessary or obvious. There may be practices where parts of the body will be invited to be exposed — you will be sovereign to understand how much and to which extent you feel comfortable showing your flesh.
If this is a concern for you, please express that in your application. Depending on the extent of your discomfort, we can discuss whether the retreat is aligned for you at this time.
Can I attend if I'm pregnant, menopausal, or not currently bleeding?
Can I attend if I'm pregnant, menopausal, or not currently bleeding?
Yes. You are welcome to come as you are.
We can adjust certain practices to accommodate different life journeys, but all women — whether bleeding, pregnant, postpartum, menopausal, or in any other phase — are welcome.
You do not need to be actively menstruating to participate. You will bring your blood with you, collected in advance.
How do I prepare my menstrual blood?
How do I prepare my menstrual blood?
You can collect your blood in one of two ways:
Option 1: Menstrual Cup
Use a menstrual cup to collect your blood directly. Empty it into a clean glass jar.
Option 2: Water Wipes
If you don't use cups, use water wipes (made with water and 1% fruit juice). Place the wipe between your vulva and your pad or underwear until it's soaked with blood, then squeeze it into a clean glass jar.
Storage:
Store your blood in the freezer immediately after collecting. Keep it frozen until the day you leave for the retreat. No need to add anything—we keep the blood raw.
What if I'm not menstruating?
You can bring blood collected from a previous cycle, or you'll have access to shared blood from other women in the circle, or ritual pigment that honors the essence of blood. Every woman participates fully in the creation and offering.
What should I bring the blood in?
A small glass jar with a secure lid. Label it clearly and transport it in a sealed bag or container for the journey.
What if I have a blood-borne illness or active infection?
What if I have a blood-borne illness or active infection?
During the retreat, we go through all the layers of what working with blood entails as this is a deep process and it deserves context and depth.
If you have an infection or blood-borne illness, your blood still carries medicine, but it needs more containment and can be used only by you. It cannot be shared with others.
We will take care of your blood accordingly and will use it for ritual, but you will be in possession of it at all times. The offering to the land still holds full validity.
Please disclose this information in your application so we can hold the container with care and clarity.
Is this retreat open to trans women?
Is this retreat open to trans women?
No. This iswomen's work only— for those born female. The ritual container is designed specifically for the female body and its cycles.
Why are you so strict about the carnivore diet? Shouldn't this work be peaceful?
Why are you so strict about the carnivore diet? Shouldn't this work be peaceful?
A big piece of this retreat is communing with death and finding righteous reciprocity with life and death.
The work we are doing requires a lot of life force and energy — and we need to be supported and resourced physiologically to meet it. Animal-based nutrition grounds the nervous system, fortifies the body, and allows us to go deep without depleting.
There is also prayer devoted to the animals we consume. Everything is part of the collective prayer for the world. The carnivore container is not about restriction but about honoring the full cycle of life, death, and nourishment.
If this does not align with your values or body, this retreat is not for you at this time.
Do you offer scholarships or payment plans?
Do you offer scholarships or payment plans?
No scholarships are offered at this time but we do accept payment plans.

We Look Forward To Remembering With You
RED TEMPLE is about remembering what women have always known how to do: gather, bleed, pray and leave something behind that carries meaning for generations to come. This work asks for presence, maturity, and devotion. In return, you will leave with your body recalibrated, your voice restored, and something created by your own hands that will outlive you. A tangible myth. If you feel the pulse in your body... you already know. I am eager to meet you.
