Everything you need to know about processing times, tracking, and delivery.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. If your country is not included when you get at checkout, email us at info@sacredwoman.com and we can give you confirmation on whether or not we are able to ship to you.

Where are you shipping from?

All parcels are sent directly from a residential home headquarters based in Spain, Barcelona.

If you happen to live or pass by Barcelona and you wish to not pay for shipping and retrieve the package directly from headquarters, you can e-mail info@sacredwoman.com to organise a meet-up and retrieve the package personally and receive a hug!

What are your processing times?

Our packages are lovingly packed and shipped three times a week — on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during holidays or busy sales periods.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your delivery location and the carrier.

  • Spain (Mainland): Parcels are shipped with Correos Express or SEUR and usually arrive within 24 hours.
  • Spanish Islands: Deliveries may take 7–10 days.
  • International Orders (Within the EU): All parcels are insured and sent via UPS. Most arrive within 3–5 business days, though certain regions (Estonia, Norway, Romania, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Greece, Cyprus) may take 5–10 business days.
  • International Orders (Outside the EU, via UPS): Estimated delivery is 10–14 days, excluding customs processing.
  • International Orders (Outside the EU, via Certified Postal Service – Correos / USPS): Delivery time is generally 14–21 days.

Please note: Customs procedures may occasionally extend delivery times, which are outside of our control.

Will I be charged Duty & Taxes?

Please note that Import duty and taxes may be payable on your order depending on the trade agreements your country has or has not with the EU.

Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order and we are unable to quote this amount as every country is different. You can e-mail us at info@sacredwoman.com to have an estimate based on past orders.

Please know that Sacred Woman™ is not responsible for any import charges, duties, or taxes for international sales. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control.

Is your packaging Eco-Friendly?

All Sacred Woman offerings are packed in a loving, intentional environment with sustainability at the heart of our process. We care deeply about the Earth and are always seeking new ways to reduce waste and honor a minimalist, eco-conscious lifestyle.

Here’s how we care for your order and the planet:

  • Labels: Printed on 100% recycled paper — and fully recyclable again.
  • Packaging bags: 100% plant-based and compostable. No single-use plastics, ever.
  • Protective wrapping: We use PaperEZ honeycomb wrap and organic white paper to protect your treasures during transit. Occasionally, for extra-delicate items, we may re-use bubble wrap to ensure their safe arrival.
  • Tape: Sealed with compostable plant-based cellophane or Kraft paper tape.
  • Shipping box & outer bag: Your items are placed in a plain recyclable brown box, then shipped inside a certified compostable bag from CompostPack Ltd.

Every step of our packaging process is designed to balance care, protection, and sustainability — so your sacred tools arrive safely, while leaving the lightest footprint possible on Mother Earth.

Are packages shipped discreetly?

Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no external reference to Sacred Woman. Parcels are sent under the founder’s name,Jasmine Alicia Carter, and items are carefully declared as “Mineral Stone Ornament,” “Ceramic Ornament,” “Tea Herbs,” “Dried Herbs,” or “Menstrual Cups.”

Do you offer returns?

Due to the intimate and energetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing info@sacredwoman.com and include clear photographs showing the imperfection.

Depending on the situation:

  • We may ask you to return the product to our warehouse. If so, please wait to receive the correct return address from us before shipping, and be sure to keep your postal tracking number. We cannot send a replacement until the faulty item has arrived safely.
  • In other cases, we may send you a replacement immediately without requiring the original item to be returned.

Can I cancel my order?

We’ll always do our best to support you. Depending on the status of your order, cancellation may not always be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sacredwoman.com so we can assist you directly.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it — but we’ll be happy to guide you through our simple returns process instead.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we do not. If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays.

What is Pre-Order status?

If your order includes an item on pre-order, it means that one or more of the products are not currently in stock and we are awaiting their arrival at our warehouse.

  • Please check your order confirmation for the estimated dispatch date. These dates are provided based on our suppliers’ shipping schedules and may occasionally be subject to change.
  • To avoid charging multiple shipping fees, we ship all items together once your full order (both in-stock and pre-order items) is ready.
  • This means you will not receive two separate parcels unless you request otherwise.

If you’d like to receive the in-stock items sooner, please email us at info@sacredwoman.com. We can arrange a separate shipment for an additional shipping fee.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please check both your inbox and junk/spam folders for this email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking of their parcel. If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or lack of monitoring, the customer will be charged the cost of re-shipping.

We recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking link and contacting the shipping provider directly if you notice any delays.

All orders are shipped via UPS or Spanish Post and can be tracked through the following links:

For international shipments sent with Spanish Post International, your tracking number can also be entered on your own country’s postal service website once the parcel has arrived in your region.

What if my package is returned to sender RTS?

If your parcel cannot be delivered due to customer error — such as an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs/import fees, failure to arrange delivery with the courier, or failure to collect the parcel from a designated collection point — the shipment will be returned to us (RTS).

Once we receive your parcel back at our warehouse, our team will contact you with next steps.

  • For re-shipment: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping again and for providing a correct and complete address, as well as ensuring timely collection if applicable.
  • If you choose not to have the order re-shipped: A store credit will be issued for the value of your order, minus the original shipping fees and any RTS charges incurred.

We encourage you to carefully review your shipping details and stay updated with your tracking link to avoid delays or additional fees.

What happens if my package is lost/stolen?

On the rare occasion that a parcel goes missing in transit or is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it:

  1. Check your tracking number – sometimes parcels are still in transit, awaiting re-delivery, or held at your local post office.
  2. Contact your local postal facility to confirm whether the package is awaiting pickup or in a PO box.
  3. If you believe your parcel has been stolen, please lodge an investigation directly with UPS. Once you have done so, email us at info@sacredwoman.com so we can support you in resolving the matter.

💫 To give you extra peace of mind, we’ve partnered with Route Protection. For a small fee at checkout, your order is fully insured:

  • If protection is added, you are entitled to a full refund or free replacement in the case of loss or theft.
  • If protection is not selected, Sacred Woman cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Do you ship to strict countries?

Please note that some countries have stricter regulations regarding intimate wellness tools. To support a smoother experience through customs, we ship all parcels discreetly, without branding or informational brochures.

While many of our orders pass without issue, it is important to understand that if your country prohibits these products, you are purchasing at your own risk. If customs authorities choose to seize or destroy your parcel, Sacred Woman cannot be held responsible, and no refunds will be issued.

We take every precaution on our side, but we ask you to be fully informed before placing your order.

Why Crystals?

Since ancient times, crystals have been venerated as sacred allies in rituals and healing practices. They come straight from Mother Earth, carrying timeless history and perfect molecular structures that support balance in our electro-magnetic field.

Many modern sex toys are made with plastics, rubber, or toxic materials that can leach into our most sensitive tissues and cause irritation or imbalance. They also emphasize overstimulation, which often leads to numbness rather than deeper connection. On top of that, they are difficult to dispose of sustainably.

Crystals, by contrast, are natural, body-safe, and enduring. When carved and polished for intimate use, they become powerful tools for slowing down, awakening sensitivity, and cultivating long-lasting experiences of pleasure. They invite us to reconnect with our bodies in a holistic, sacred way, aligning sexuality with healing, empowerment, and Earth’s wisdom.

Are crystals body safe?

Yes — when they are carefully selected and properly polished, crystals can be body safe. All of our wands and eggs are carved from genuine, natural stone and hand-polished to a smooth finish suitable for intimate use.

It’s important to remember that crystals are natural materials, and each piece has its own unique lines, inclusions, or color variations. These do not affect safety as long as the surface is fully sealed and smooth to the touch.

We thoroughly inspect every product before shipping, and we never send out items with cracks, rough edges, or open pores that could trap bacteria. Your safety and comfort are our priority.

For care, we recommend gentle washing with mild soap and warm water before and after each use, and storing your crystal in a clean, dry space.

Why is my crystal different than the one in the photo?

Each crystal is a one-of-a-kind gift from the Earth. As natural materials, they often display inclusions, subtle lines, micro-textures, and variations in color — all of which are normal and part of their beauty. No two stones will ever look exactly alike, and that uniqueness is what makes them so special.

Most crystals formed millions of years ago within the Earth’s crust, shaped by heat, pressure, and time. Their patterns and markings are evidence of authenticity — proof that your piece is carved from genuine crystal rather than pressed powders or artificially colored composites, which are unfortunately common in the market.

Because of this, your crystal will have its own character and appearance, different from the photos shown. We see these natural variations not as flaws, but as reminders of the Earth’s artistry.

Please note: Due to the intimate nature of our products and the uniqueness of every stone, all sales are final and we cannot offer returns or exchanges based on look, feel, or color.

Where are the crystals sourced from?

We work with trusted partners who source genuine crystals from regions known for their rich geology and long traditions of stone craftsmanship. Our materials come from:

  • Nephrite Jade, White Jade – Qinghai–Golmud mines, China
  • Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Carnelian, Red Jasper – Corinto, Minas Gerais, Brazil
  • Black Obsidian, Rare Obsidian – La Revoltosa mines, Mexico
  • Rose Quartz, Red Jasper – Vakinankaratra mines, Madagascar
