Holistic HANDS-ON, HANDS-IN WOMB & PELVIC WORK
Womb Continuum Care is a trauma-informed, embodied practice that supports healing through the pelvis, womb space, fascia, nervous system and the subtle psycho-sexual layers of your feminine energy. This work is deep relational connection with your body, your history, and reclaiming your capacity for safety, pleasure and aliveness.

“ Jasmine’s approach integrates anatomy, energy and spirituality, offering deeply nourishing sessions focused on aligning the pelvis, uterus, and posture. Each session opens a portal for deep healing and remembrance across the physical, emotional, ancestral and energetic bodies. “

How a Session Works:
Each session is a 120-minute container, guided by your body’s needs, signals and rhythms.
We begin by reviewing your intake form and intentions together
A gentle body reading allows me to see patterns, tension and alignment
The session unfolds at your pace, guided by your body’s cues and unfurling
Techniques include myofascial release, Mexican abdominal care, breathwork and nervous system regulation
We close with an integration space for grounding, rest and personalized aftercare guidance.
This is a collaborative process. You are always in choice, and your boundaries are honored at every step.
“Womb Continuum Care is a practice created by women, in service of women”.

FOUNDATIONS OF MY PRACTICE
My journey as a practitioner is grounded in dedicated study and the guidance of inspiring teachers across diverse healing traditions.
At Ma School, I honed an integrative approach that combines Rolfing Structural Integration, Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, traditional Mexican medicine and deep body anatomy.
My studies also include working in shamanism with the Shipibo people of the Amazon whose sacred wisdom and healing practices deeply inform my approach to energy work and spiritual care.
Additionally, I trained in Somatic Experiencing Therapy® that has given me tools to support clients release trauma held in the body, restoring a sense of safety, balance and resilience.
This foundation allows me to hold space for others in a grounded and deeply supportive way, helping people reconnect with their bodies and move forward from past experiences.
My studies reflect a commitment to continual learning and growth, and my mission is to blend these transformative practices to meet each person’s unique journey toward healing and empowerment.

Why don’t you offer genital/vaginal work at the first session?
Why don’t you offer genital/vaginal work at the first session?
Trust in the body—and between us—takes time to unfold. Just like the nervous system, fascia, organs, and muscles, safety and openness cannot be rushed. We begin with abdominal (belly) work because it is both deeply powerful and foundational. It supports circulation of oxygen, blood, and lymph in the outer layers, which makes any future contact with deeper layers more effective and long-lasting.
Starting with the belly also allows us to build trust in your body’s readiness, and in our relationship as practitioner and client. Even if you’ve received this kind of work from others before, you haven’t yet worked with me or my method. Entering the genital field too soon can create more harm than good, so this is a clear boundary in my practice—set in stone to protect and honor your body’s process.
What to expect after a Womb Continuum Care session?
What to expect after a Womb Continuum Care session?
Every body responds uniquely, but here are some common experiences you may notice in the days and weeks after a session:
Menstrual shifts – Your period may change in consistency, flow, or odor. This is part of the body’s cleansing process and is welcome.
Changes in urine – Color or smell may shift temporarily.
Initial intensification – Old patterns of numbness or dissociation may surface, and symptoms can feel more noticeable before they ease.
Temporary discomfort – Some unusual aches or pains may appear as your body adjusts and begins to realign.
Non-linear healing – Progress is rarely a straight line. There may be ups and downs, and that’s part of the natural rhythm of healing.
Unexpected sensations – At times, you may encounter pain or feelings you didn’t anticipate.
These responses are generally short-lived and signal that your body is processing, releasing, and reorganizing at deeper levels.
If any symptoms persist for more than a month, please reach out so I can support you further.
Can I bring someone to the session?
Can I bring someone to the session?
If you have a newborn, they are of course welcome to be with you. A partner may also join if that feels supportive.
At the same time, I lovingly encourage you to consider this session as a sacred pause just for yourself. When the space is free from extra energies—even those of loved ones—it often allows for a deeper surrender, rest, and connection with your own body.
How many sessions do I need?
How many sessions do I need?
This varies depending on your goals. Some feel a big shift after 1–2 sessions, while others choose a longer process of 3–6 sessions for deeper layers of healing. Package options are available.
Is the session painful?
Is the session painful?
You may experience strong sensations or emotions during the work, but you are always in charge. We move at your pace, with full consent, and can pause anytime.
Most clients share that while they do feel intensity, it is experienced as constructive pain, a kind of relief rather than harm. These sensations often bring awareness to areas of the body that were holding tension, memories, or unprocessed emotion. In that way, the pain is not “pain for pain’s sake,” but information that helps guide healing and release.
Can I come when pregnant?
