October 10–13, 2025 • Immersive Retreat in Spain With Jasmine Alicia Carter & Sydney Zwicker
Woman to woman, body to body, truth to truth.
WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR:
This retreat is for the woman who longs for realness.
For spaces that breathe authenticity and not spiritual hierarchy or polished words, but raw presence, truth and sisterhood that meets you eye to eye, heart to heart, womb to womb.
She is not a beginner on her path.
She has tended her inner garden, done the work, waited, surrendered, unraveled, healed. Now she’s ready for something deeper and cellular.
Not another concept or teaching but an embodied remembering through flesh, bone, and breath.
She seeks a space where her spirituality can descend into her body, into fascia, womb, and marrow through the mirror of other women. A space where the stories held in her breasts, belly, vulva, and throat
can be unveiled, witnessed, and transmuted.
She is yearning for full-spectrum expression, in her grief and her innocence, her rage, sensuality, creativity, and voice. She is ready to make a funeral of all the ways she keeps herself small,
and be reborn into her full, unguarded womanhood.
She longs for ritual that anchors prayer in the body, for circles that amplify intention through collective embodiment.
She may already walk as a leader, a space holder, a wise one, yet she desires to be held, not to hold and to be mirrored in her wholeness: wild and soft, sacred and messy, radiant and real.
This is for the woman who is done doing it all alone, who is ready to remember herself through intimacy, celebration, depth and the sacred return to sisterhood.
What Will You Experience:
In this space, you will be invited into a deep cellular remembrance.
This is not a retreat where you are coached, fixed, or improved, but it is an experiential journey, where you come exactly as you are and meet the truth of your body, your story and your becoming.
Here, your transformation will arrive in the subtle non-verbal realms.
In the way your breath melts into your belly.
In the warmth of a hand resting over your heart or your breasts. In the trembling release as you share the story of your vulva and are mirrored by other women as you are seen, heard, felt. It happens in the quiet moment when your body and nervous system finally exhale and remember what it means to feel safe to soften.
Together, we will journey through practices that awaken the wisdom stored in your breasts, belly, womb, and throat, the landscapes where your stories, emotions, and power live.
You will experience:
Womb, throat, breasts, belly & pelvic mapping rituals
Movement as medicine
Sacred vulva work & anointing practices
Creative expression & blood rituals, painting with your menstrual blood in sacred ceremony
Feminine archetype embodiment, exploring the many faces of your womanhood
Rituals of grief, joy, rage & reverence, emotional alchemy through the body
Sisterhood, intimacy, celebration & sacred rest
These practices speak directly to your tissues, fascia and womb intelligence, inviting restoration, remembrance, and reunion with the sacred pulse of your own body.

Nutrition as Medicine
Nutrition is a fundamental pillar of this retreat.
As we move through profound emotional and energetic work, our bodies become the vessel through which transformation is integrated. Big feelings, memories, and long-held tensions may surface and the way we nourish ourselves is what allows us to stay anchored amidst the depth of what is unfolding.
During these days, how we eat is medicine.
Each meal is designed to support your nervous system, hormones, and vitality, to help you hold and metabolize the intensity of inner change.
Our menu is animal-protein based, rooted in ancestral nourishment.
You will receive bone broths, slow-cooked meats, fish, eggs, and mineral-rich foods, carefully prepared to fortify your body and nourish your womb.
These meals are crafted with love and intention, to sustain the deep metamorphosis you will be journeying through.
If you are vegan or vegetarian, please know this retreat may not be the right fit.
about your facilitators
Jasmine Alicia Carter
My work lives at the intersection of art, ritual, and feminine remembrance. I walk with women who are ready to come home to their bodies, blood, and truth to awaken the wisdom that lives within their flesh, bone and marrow.
For nearly a decade I’ve supported women in reclaiming their menstrual cycles, sensuality, and sacred power through embodied mentorship, menstrual blood art, and womb-centered self-care rituals.
I believe that the body is a temple and the womb a compass when we learn to listen, everything changes.
I’m here walking with you as a big sister, as you remember what your body already knows. Your womb is wise. Your cycle is sacred. And your truth is art.
Sydney Zwicker
My work is based upon the idea that true healing and unwind comes when we approach the body without agenda. When we remember that the body is already wise and inherently trying to orient towards balance, magic happens.
With over a decade of service to women in the field of trauma integration and pelvic healing, I’ve been called many things— Pussy Witch, Queen of Orifices, Medicine Woman, Vagina lady… but I like to think of my role simply as a facilitator in welcoming you home to your body and your root.
The medicine is in the presence, and my gift is in mirror the magic already within you, by creating a space for which you can cultivate your own felt sense of safety. You and your body are innately wise and powerful, it is my honor to journey with you.

I’ve never done bodywork like this—will I be safe?
I’ve never done bodywork like this—will I be safe?
Yes. We are both trauma-informed practitioners with years of experience supporting women through somatic healing, trauma responses, and emotional release. We intentionally hold this space as a team of two facilitators, so that if one of us is supporting someone in a deep process, the other can continue holding the circle with presence and care. This work is intimate and powerful, and while it may take you into deep places, you are never forced to go beyond your edge. Everything is invitational. The body only reveals what it’s ready to heal—and often, that’s far more than we imagined possible.
Do I need prior experience in embodiment or womb work?
Do I need prior experience in embodiment or womb work?
Not necessarily. It’s ideal if you’ve done some form of personal development, embodiment, or emotional healing work, as this helps you meet your own triggers and internal responses with more spaciousness. However, if you're at the very beginning of your journey, you're still welcome. There’s no limit to what the body can remember or reclaim—whether you're returning home or entering for the first time.
What’s your cancellation policy?
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel: cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat will receive a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit of €650. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, your registration is transferable to another woman at any time before the retreat begins. If we have a waitlist, we’ll support you in finding someone to take your place. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of illness, unexpected travel delays, or life changes.
Can I come if I’m currently pregnant, postpartum, or not bleeding?
Can I come if I’m currently pregnant, postpartum, or not bleeding?
Yes. All practices are designed to be womb-inclusive and adaptable for wherever you are on the womb continuum—whether you're cycling, menopausal, postpartum, or pregnant. Your presence is sacred, and this work will meet you exactly where you are.
What do you mean by Self Touch Mapping Practices?
What do you mean by Self Touch Mapping Practices?
We will be teaching, non agenda therapeutic self touch. These are not pleasure practices, though one can experience pleasure and expansive sensations. A big part of our teachings is around uncoupling touch of the breasts, belly, and vulva areas as having to be inherently sexual, but instead inherently healing, grounding, and to create pathways to self connection and intimacy. This work can be a reclamation of relating to our bodies and non-agenda touch can help us by establishing safety first in that connection.
What if I am uncomfortable with nudity?
What if I am uncomfortable with nudity?
This will be a small group and intimate setting. We asked that you be comfortable with the nudity of others, as there will be demos, and we will be learning anatomy from Jasmine and Sydney‘s bodies, but it’s not a requirement yourself for any of our practices. With all of the practices and rituals offered during the retreat, everything is an invitation. We get to meet you where you’re at with your body during our self touch practices, and you may keep your clothes on or cover yourself with a sheet or a blanket if you choose so.
We Look Forward To Remembering With You
