Woman to woman, body to body, truth to truth.

You may feel that ache to come home to yourself.

To rest your hands upon your own breasts with reverence.

To feel the knowing in your belly, the place that digests food, yes... but also deep feelings, fear and fire.

To reclaim the womb and pelvis as a place of wisdom and creative expression... and not shame.

To live your body as sacred source of rhythm, power, and presence.

This retreat is the remembering of the truth of who you are in the language YOUR body speaks.

Through movement, touch, ritual, and community, we will explore what it means to live in a woman’s body fully and with deep compassion.

We will listen to the whispers stored in our flesh. We will honor the parts of ourselves that were silenced, hidden, or shamed and welcome them back into belonging.

Our prayer is for each woman to be held in reverence, witnessed in her full-spectrum aliveness.

That you leave with insight and tangible embodied transformation, with rituals, touch and a language for your own sacred landscape to transform your life from the inside-out.

If you’ve been longing for deeper connection,
If you’re ready to soften into your body and rise into your power...

Then this circle is for you.

About Your Facilitators

Jasmine Alicia Carter

My work lives at the intersection of art, ritual, and feminine remembrance. I walk with women who are ready to come home to their bodies, blood, and truth to awaken the wisdom that lives within their flesh, bone and marrow.

For nearly a decade I’ve supported women in reclaiming their menstrual cycles, sensuality, and sacred power through embodied mentorship, menstrual blood art, and womb-centered self-care rituals.

I believe that the body is a temple and the womb a compass when we learn to listen, everything changes.

I’m here walking with you as a big sister, as you remember what your body already knows. Your womb is wise. Your cycle is sacred. And your truth is art.

Sydney Zwicker

My work is based upon the idea that true healing and unwind comes when we approach the body without agenda. When we remember that the body is already wise and inherently trying to orient towards balance, magic happens.

With over a decade of service to women in the field of trauma integration and pelvic healing, I’ve been called many things—  Pussy Witch, Queen of Orifices, Medicine Woman, Vagina lady… but I like to think of my role simply as a facilitator in welcoming you home to your body and your root.

The medicine is in the presence, and my gift is in mirror the magic already within you, by creating a space for which you can cultivate your own felt sense of safety. You and your body are innately wise and powerful, it is my honor to journey with you.

FAQ's

I’ve never done bodywork like this—will I be safe?

Yes. We are both trauma-informed practitioners with years of experience supporting women through somatic healing, trauma responses, and emotional release. We intentionally hold this space as a team of two facilitators, so that if one of us is supporting someone in a deep process, the other can continue holding the circle with presence and care. This work is intimate and powerful, and while it may take you into deep places, you are never forced to go beyond your edge. Everything is invitational. The body only reveals what it’s ready to heal—and often, that’s far more than we imagined possible.

Do I need prior experience in embodiment or womb work?

Not necessarily. It’s ideal if you’ve done some form of personal development, embodiment, or emotional healing work, as this helps you meet your own triggers and internal responses with more spaciousness. However, if you're at the very beginning of your journey, you're still welcome. There’s no limit to what the body can remember or reclaim—whether you're returning home or entering for the first time.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel: cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat will receive a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit of €650. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, your registration is transferable to another woman at any time before the retreat begins. If we have a waitlist, we’ll support you in finding someone to take your place. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of illness, unexpected travel delays, or life changes.

Can I come if I’m currently pregnant, postpartum, or not bleeding?

Yes. All practices are designed to be womb-inclusive and adaptable for wherever you are on the womb continuum—whether you're cycling, menopausal, postpartum, or pregnant. Your presence is sacred, and this work will meet you exactly where you are.

What do you mean by Self Touch Mapping Practices?

We will be teaching, non agenda therapeutic self touch. These are not pleasure practices, though one can experience pleasure and expansive sensations.  A big part of our teachings is around uncoupling touch of the breasts, belly, and vulva areas as having to be inherently sexual, but instead inherently healing, grounding, and to create pathways to self connection and intimacy.  This work can be a reclamation of relating to our bodies and non-agenda touch can help us by establishing safety first in that connection.

What if I am uncomfortable with nudity?

This will be a small group and intimate setting. We asked that you be comfortable with the nudity of others, as there will be demos, and we will be learning anatomy from Jasmine and Sydney‘s bodies, but it’s not a requirement yourself for any of our practices. With all of the practices and rituals offered during the retreat, everything is an invitation. We get to meet you where you’re at with your body during our self touch practices, and you may keep your clothes on or cover yourself with a sheet or a blanket if you choose so.
