These three items together represent the core and soul purpose of Sacred Woman, that was born in 2016 when the founder Jasmine painted her first ever Menstrual Art after countless years of excruciatingly painful and meaningless period pains.
Since that moment, the practice of Menstrual Art has become a recurring monthly practice and a deep catalyst for healing, spiritual revelations, celebration and deep reverence of her period phase.
This ritual over the years has now become the non-profit called the Menstrual Art Movement, a blooming movement of thousands of bleeders from all over the world that have learned to embrace and honour their periods as sacred through this highly therapeutic practice.

The yoni palette is sooo beautiful. I love it! So pretty with the paint brush.
Still getting used to wearing the cup. I don’t love it as I am use to free flowing for years. But I do want to collect my blood for art work so this is the way 🩸
