HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR OPTIONS

• Cup size:
  Select the Sacred Woman Cup size that best suits your body (see size guide on the cup product page for cervix height, birth history and flow guidance).

• Underwear size:
  Choose your Moonflow Underwear size (S, M, L). Refer to the size chart for waist and hip measurements to find your best womb-holding fit.

CARE

• Sacred Woman Cup:
  Rinse with water after emptying and clean according to the care instructions on the individual product page (including how to sterilise between cycles).

• Moonflow™ Underwear:

  • Rinse in cold water after use until the water runs mostly clear

  • Machine or hand wash cold (up to 40°C) with mild detergent

  • Avoid bleach, fabric softeners and tumble drying to preserve absorbency

  • Line dry or lay flat, then store in the linen pouch provided
